How syncing works
Pro required: Jokesmith only syncs with iCloud while Pro or lifetime access is active on the iPhone. Without it, nothing reaches this page.
Web → iPhone: saves go straight to iCloud. Jokesmith picks them up when iOS delivers the change, usually within a minute with the app open.
iPhone → web: changes made in the app appear here within 15 seconds.
Sets: web changes to a set's jokes need the updated Jokesmith on the iPhone. Older sets show their jokes here after the updated app has opened once.
Never overwrites by accident: if something changes in the app while you're editing it here, saving is blocked until you load the newer version.
Deleting jokes and sets stays in the app.
No AI on the web: Build My Set and Punch-Up Notes are only in the app.
Check iCloud schema
Saves a sample joke and set with every field this page writes into a temporary, separate storage area, reports anything iCloud rejects, then deletes that area. Jokesmith never sees it.
